For my first recipe I thought Id try something simple and easy (plus I wanted Ice Cream) and this was a quick first attempt!

Use 2 or 3 frozen bananas sliced up prior to freezing
Put bananas in food processor and process until banana becomes creamy. This can take a few minutes and will not look like anything is happening at first. Be patient and you will start to see the bananas become soft and taffy like in appearance which will mean it is ready!
You can add peanut butter, carob, coconut or fruit to create a variety of flavors.
Banana whip will have the consistency of ice cream and can be frozen for later enjoyment although some of the creaminess will decrease with freezing.
