Day 11 Part One: Avocado Smoothie

½ Avocado

1 Banana

Handful of sprouts

Handful of parsley

6-8 frozen strawberries

6-8 frozen peach slices

1 tsp cinnamon

¼ cucumber cut into chunks

1 inch ginger

1 tsp raw honey

½ cup Coconut milk


Throw everything in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

This smoothie was delicious and a great healthy meal to start my day full of vitamins and minerals.  I continue to work to add veggies and health promoting ingredients (like ginger and parsley) into my smoothies for additional health benefits like promoting my immune system and aiding in organ detoxification.
