1 small heirloom tomato, sliced
1 radish chopped to your liking
handful sugar snap peas chopped
a few basil leaves slivered
fresh ground pepper
drizzled extra virgin olive oil
vinegar of your choice (I love rice wine and balsamic)
Mix all ingredients and serve ! Use fresh from the farm local ingredients so that the flavors pop naturally! Get creative and use what you have. Any veggie would taste good in this salad.
