Waldorf Slaw

3 Cups Shredded Cabbage

3 Cups Diced Apple (or matchsticked)

6 Tbsp Raisins

3 Tbsp chopped toasted Walnuts

3 Tbsp plain Yogurt

2 Tbsp Mayonnaise

1 Tbsp Honey

Salt and Pepper

1. Combine Cabbage, Apple, Raisins, and Walnuts in a large bowl.

2.  Mix Yogurt, Mayo, Honey, Salt, and Pepper in another bowl whisking well until fully combined.

3.  Pour dressing over slaw and toss well.  Let sit covered in the fridge for 2 hours and serve!
