Ginger Miso Dressing

I LOVE ginger dressing, but am extremely picky about it.  This was my first attempt to try to recreate my favorite ginger dressing from Genji (which is sold expensively at Whole Foods) and although it was good, it wasn’t as perfect as the original.  If you’re a ginger dressing expert, I would love your feedback…



1/3 Cup Rice Wine Vinegar

1/4 Cup Grape Seed Oil (or preferred Oil)

2 Tbsp Sesame Oil

1 Tbsp Honey (or other liquid sweetener or sugar)

1 Tbsp Miso Paste

1 Tbsp Tamari or Soy Sauce

1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds

1 1″ peice Ginger

1 Large Garlic Clove


Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until thoroughly mixed and creamy.
