Garlic Yogurt Sauce

1 container Plain Greek Yogurt (6 oz)

2 cloves Garlic, minced or pressed

Sea Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper

Fresh herbs like Parsley, Cilantro, or Basil


Additional herbs like Paprika, Cayenne and Thyme can be added to create specific flavor profiles or cuisines.


Mix all ingredients in a  bowl and then use to add layers of flavor to your dishes.  I used this with my beet burgers, chard and chickpea saute, and roasted squash 9as shown above).  I could imagine topping greens and even a hearty chili with this as well.  It is simple and easy to create a sauce that compliments and enhances the flavors of your food!  YUM.
